The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through the sale of Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions. As an Account Executive, you will drive net new revenue within an assigned account base. The ideal candidate is someone with a "hunter" mentality who thrives on being on the front lines, prospecting, consultative selling, closing deals, and winning! The perfect candidate will achieve success through solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with the customer. What you'll Do
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business for Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions within an existing Adobe customer base.
  • Build, develop, lead, and execute an account plan that serves as a success roadmap to help ensure expected results are delivered in a well-thought-out manner.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Handle, coordinate, collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.
What you need to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years' prior enterprise-level outside software sales experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sites, Assets, and Forms, and Workfront or similar solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe's solutions.
  • Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.
  • Creative self-starter: ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $227,500 -- $357,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
