Payroll Manager

Payroll specialist responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will manage payroll functions, including calculating employee paychecks, withholding taxes, and any other deductions, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records.

Duties/Responsibilities



  • Maintaining Payroll Records
  • Ensuring Compliance
  • Supporting employees
  • Preparing payroll reports
  • Setting up direct deposits
  • Auditing records
  • Training employees on proper use


Preferred skills and experience



  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
