Genesis10 is currently seeking a Risk Officer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Standardize risk management framework, strategy and planning Support periodic RCSA (risk control self-assessments) Assess current risk controls and design new controls and test effectiveness Manage and create new business processes, required procedures to ensure compliance Lead and facilitate issues management efforts related to internal and external audit Strong Knowledge of international trading processes, risks, and operations Experience in Corporate Strategy and execution with on commercial trade operations Proven experience with issue management, control design, and compliance Executive communications (ability to address leadership, present findings, make recommendations) Desired Qualifications: Finance/ banking International Trade Finance Financial crime (BSA/AML/CFT) Trade based Money Laundering (TBAML) Pay Range: $72-82 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
