The Tax Accountant, working under direct supervision, is responsible for organizing and coordinating tax data for the timely completion of business tax returns and accounting duties. This role analyzes and prepares complex federal, state, and local income and premium tax returns and reserves, conducts tax research, and assists with data gathering and analysis during regulatory audits. This role is also involved in preparing reconciliations and certifications of federal accounts, reviewing multi-state tax returns, conducting research on tax rules, improving processes, and completing moderately complex tax returns for various entities independently or with minimal direction. #LI-DNI
