Service Delivery ManagerThis role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Role responsibilities:

Service Delivery- Asset Upcycling and Managed Deployment Services

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for factory asset status
  • Monitor retuned assets in the factory as they are received, processed and moved to final disposition
  • Responsible for Account level KPIs and SLAs
  • Manage aged inventory tracking, weekly aged inventory
  • Support redeploy/repair exchange order requests and manage customer inventory stored in our warehouse under the MDS program.
  • Oversee MDS transactional and programmatic escalations
  • Coordinate vendor onsiteservice events

Business Process Management and Reporting

  • Lead key business report development initiatives. define and document Power BI requirements
  • Responsible for testing, business deployment and report maintenance

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent technical degree
  • Typically, 3+ years of experience in a business-related function, preferably a sales support or service delivery role
  • Microsoft Power BI training and/or certification

Knowledge and Skills

  • Moderate knowledge of IT and the Asset Upcycling Services industry
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellence in planning and structuring of projects and complex tasks
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations in a professional environment

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $60,800.00 - $140,400.00
