SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Contracts Data Management Specialist will be responsible for providing data management and analytics support to the Contracts team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Customer facing conversations to solidify and expand Healthmark relationships within the GPO/IDN.
  • Customer Master Data management

    • Address management to prevent addresses not being marked inactive, inconsistent address information, and duplicate customers.
    • Utilize the Site ID tool to fix duplicate and inaccurate Site IDs as identified and follow USPS address logic.
    • Responsible for regular audits (which do not currently happen).


  • System Admin role for Cobblestone
  • Manage data in CAPS and other systems.
  • Customer GPO and IDN Affiliation Updates/Audits
  • Auditing contract data in all systems for consistency
  • Ensure compliance with DMS agreements and other committed agreements.
  • Work with IT to manage and audit fee reporting.
  • Provides necessary data and analytics for the agreement process.
  • Assist in the development of Customer/Organization Business Reviews as required.
  • Keep Salesforce CRM up to date on the contact names, numbers, and email addresses for Healthmark's contacts with the individual GPO's and IDN's.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • College Degree - 4-year Undergraduate or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ year experience in item/customer data management, preferably in medical product distribution or manufacturing.
  • Experience effectively utilizing an ERP system is required, Microsoft Great Plains and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft platform. (i.e.. Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
  • Ability to read and understand and follow written and verbal instructions/procedures.
  • Competent conference call / virtual meeting technique.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce competency.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stay focused
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy, find data attributes to improve, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
