The IT Administrative Analyst is responsible for conducting special research studies, analyzing data, preparing statistics, making recommendations based on research findings and monitoring and coordinating project / program activities. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the AVP of IT / CIO, directors, managers and appropriate staff in areas of applications, operations, networks, technical services, helpdesk, finance and procurement. They will prepare, manage and audit departmental budgets and special project budgets as needed. The position will prepare, oversee and review college-wide purchases of all IT equipment, software, annual maintenance, support and product license renewals. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency / institution policy.The IT Administrative Analyst will collaborate with the Finance and Administration departments to meet the goals and needs of these departments and college. This position will prepare, schedule and secure all itineraries and travel arrangements of appropriate staff for events, training and conferences which includes arranging and scheduling committee and staff meetings. They will attend, record and transcribe meeting minutes for various college-wide technical committees and meetings as needed. This individual will receive various and wide-ranging projects and assignments of moderate to high complexity requiring independent decision-making and outstanding judgment, initiative, confidentiality, organizational and communication skills in order to properly prioritize and set realistic deadlines. They will work with end-users, functional experts and technical resources to present solutions, ideas and recommendations to varies departments. The analyst must have good technical and analytical skills and Workday (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP) experience. This position requires someone with collaboration and open communication skills along with a positive outlook and excellent project management skills. This is 100% on-campus position.
