Parts Manager

Truck Country, one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the U.S., has an opening for a Parts Manager in Milwaukee, WI.

This candidate will manage a department of 2-4 employees and is responsible for managing all aspects of a full-service dealership's parts operations, including overall profitability, customer service, sales, inventory, general management, and community relations.

Must have at least 3-4 years of parts sales or upper-level management experience, along with demonstrated success in building and exceeding sales goals, growing revenue, expense control, and successfully managing a parts department. Experience in Procede is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism in representing the company to employees & customers. Must be an organized candidate with great accountability.
