Assists in managing and mentoring cooks and other part-time food service workers in the The Junction. Assist in ensuring proper sanitation, production and quality control for The Junction Promotes and exemplifies Dining Services' Mission of "Creating an Excellent College Experience" as well as our PREDICT Core Values.
