TSC is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager based in the DC Metro Area. This role responsible for overseeing the strategic management and operations of all company facilities, ensuring that they align with corporate objectives, support productivity, and meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. The Facilities Manager develops high-level policies for building maintenance, space planning, and overall facility operations to optimize efficiency and resource utilization. This role ensures that the physical infrastructure of the organization is a competitive advantage, balancing cost management, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role can be hybrid based with the ability to be on site in our Crystal City, VA office as needed. Responsibilities to Anticipate will Include:
