Job Description: TSC is seeking a Radar Systems Test Engineer to support and lead Test and Evaluation (T&E) for surface Navy radar systems. This role supports the Radar Test and Evaluation Principal Acquisition Program Manager (PAPM) for PEO IWS 2 and will include overarching support to multiple systems. In this position the engineer will lead a team to create/review test plans and procedures, support test execution, evaluate, and report on test findings for IWS 2 surface Navy Radar Systems. Additionally, there will be involvement in collaborative Integrated Product Teams (IPT), test planning working groups, scenario working groups, exposure and interaction with hardware and software sub-systems, and related areas. This position will focus on the development and testing of Navy shipboard Rotating and Phased array radar systems. This role will include regular and frequent interaction with US Government customers and responsibilities will include both technical and programmatic tasks. Some expected travel will be required to Navy facilities around the Washington, DC area as well as various Navy land-based radar test sites and/or Navy shipyards. Strong written and oral communication is required for daily interactions and presentation duties. Assigned tasking will be at both individual and team levels. Responsibilities: Qualifications:
