Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Location(s): Irving, TX

What you'll be doing.

In this role, you will be supporting AE&O Fleet operations for drivable and trailer assets. This position will support field engineers, fleet operation and other stakeholders supporting all vehicle, mobile tool, and trailer needs. As Analyst - Operations Support, you will be responsible for supporting administrative processes required to sustain operations for mobile assets.

• Support Fleet drivers through facilitating and distributing registration renewals and new registrations.
• Facilitate vehicle retirements and assignments through Telecommunication Fleet Operations
• Coordinate and distribute Telecommunication Connect GPS units as needed for new vehicles or replacements.
• Facilitate vehicle retirement, assignments as well as reassignments through Telecommunication Fleet Operations
• Monitor vehicle utilization.
• Execution focus, while highlighting risks and dependencies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to project plans

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree, or one or more years of work experience.
• One or more years of relevant work experience in project management or project coordination.
• One or more years of relevant work experience in Fleet operations.
• One or more years of experience in collaborating with Fleet Management Companies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
