Recruiter

The APP Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization. The APP Recruiter ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts. Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisition and retention plan. • Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field or 4 years of experience in human resources
• SPHR/PHR preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
• This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
