The manufacturing Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods. They will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have a close attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet the required standards. They will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that all targets are met. Shift: Full Time, 7:30am - 4:00pm WHAT YOU'LL DO: Follow all applicable procedures, work instructions, and policies. Cleaning workstations. Bead Vial filling. Dispensing Protein Free Tests. Packaging Protein Free Tests. Proper Labeling Handling. Vial Preparation.(Filling with water, emptying, drying) Activator Preparation. Activator Capping. HC-Swab Manufacturing. Proper paperwork handling. All other duties as deemed necessary. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Skill and proficiency in using personal computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications and spectrophotometer software. Good organizational skills. Basic Math skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Experience with lab equipment.(scale, glassware, magnetic stirrer) Employee must be able to perform all tasks listed. Tasks must be completed in an efficient and time sensitive manner. Equipment used: Computer, Label Printer, Copier, Crimping robot, Water Robot, Torque Gun, Honey extractor, Bead sieve shaker, Cap Trays, Vial Trays, Bins.
