What this position entails IntelliScript's Information Technology team has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our overall quality roadmap, with an emphasis on transitioning from manual to automated testing. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for more immediate process improvements that can enhance our testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will entail mentoring and coaching of our quality assurance engineers, pairing with them and our development teams, and collaboration across the practice. You will work closely with the development, product, and operations teams to ensure that our quality objectives are aligned with our business goals and customer expectations. You will also be expected to define and implement quality metrics, standards, and best practices, and monitor and report on the quality performance and issues. This role involves hands-on automation in our quality space, as well as strategic planning for how we advance our people, processes, and technologies as we expand and modernize our applications. Location This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed. The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $198,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a signicant performance-based bonus plan, prot sharing, and generous benets.
