Milliman's Seattle Health Practice supports clients in the healthcare industry including health plans, government payers, providers, and reinsurers. We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate various marketing, design, writing, and CRM-related projects, ensuring timelines are met, teams are aligned, and tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments. About Our Practice Milliman's Seattle Health Practice serves a wide variety of organizations, including insurance companies, health plans, state and federal agencies, healthcare providers, reinsurance companies, providers, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and employers. The staff consists of 150+ actuarial professionals in addition to healthcare consultants, IT, Administrative, and other non-actuarial staff. Coordinate marketing projects: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of cross functional marketing projects, which includes meeting coordination, driving forward timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication among project team members and stakeholders, project documentation, regular status updates, maintaining issue logs and surfacing potential risks. Location This a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work in the Seattle, WA office 2 days per week and may work remotely for the remaining portion of the week. Compensation The salary range for this role is $61,000 - $85,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, hourly, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
