Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. Our Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) location provides post acute comprehensive brain injury rehabilitation. Accessible Space Inc (ASI) is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy evaluations and set up the therapeutic treatment plans
of the individuals we serve at our Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP).
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited school of physical therapy approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
and the American Medical Association.
- Possession of a current valid license to practice physical therapy in the State of Nevada or, if licensure has not yet been obtained, proof of eligibility
for licensure as the time of appointment and thereafter.
Minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. - One year experience with traumatically brain injured, neurologically involved and and/or severely disabled populations strongly preferred.
