Medical Retina Specialist
The Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is expanding and seeks an outstanding Medical Retina Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will engage in patient care in our faculty practice and teaching hospitals, where they will also engage in teaching and supervision of our outstanding residents and fellows. Academic rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Requirements include an M.D. degree or equivalent, successful completion of an approved residency in ophthalmology, fellowship training in medical retina, eligibility for medical licensure in Texas, and board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Interest in clinical research is welcomed but not required.

Academic rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time status.
