About the role:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer III that is a highly motivated developer to build and enhance applications in our Dynamics Customer Experience (CE), Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Finance environments, based on business requirements in a collaborative tightly focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Learn and optimize Boston Scientific CDX customer-related business processes.
  • Maintain, manage, develop, and design MS Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Customize and optimize CRM applications to support business functions.
  • Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities and support internal users.
  • Deliver quality code and fixes on time, with rigorous testing.
  • Document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, and requirements.
  • Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing before production deployment.
  • Provide production support, monitor applications, and improve application availability, quality, and performance.
  • Resolve technical issues, analyze and implement system enhancements, and maintain technical documentation.



Required qualifications:



  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Apps platform
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET
  • Experience and knowledge designing, developing, testing and documenting software
  • Experience in Dynamics Finance (formerly Finance and Operations) or similar Accounting applications beneficial.



Preferred qualifications:



  • Master's degree in customer science, electronics engineering, or similar.
  • Experience with Microsoft VisualStudio, DevOps beneficial
  • Knowledge of the latest programming languages and techniques, and experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications
