POSITION

Allspring Global Investments is in search of a hard-working RFP Specialist to join our dynamic team. This opportunity allows you to make a tangible impact through your expertise in crafting compelling RFPs and consultant questionnaires for a prestigious finance/insurance organization. If you are a versatile professional with a proven track record in institutional investment products and services, we encourage you to apply.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBITLIES



  • Producing high-quality responses, identifying key "win" themes, and positioning responses for each request to ensure flawless submissions.
  • Qualifying RFPs by strictly considering the firm's product/service capabilities, account minimums, and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with portfolio management, sales, performance, finance, investment analytics, compliance, and legal staff to complete responses, identify proposed fees, and develop comprehensive language.
  • Conducting product suitability analysis and recommending the appropriate investment products for institutional customers to determine our participation in RFP opportunities.
  • Sharing responsibility for crafting and updating the firm's profiles on consultant databases to maintain current and accurate information.
  • Growing in a collaborative work environment where projects are regularly shared by two or more writers to ensure diverse perspectives and detailed analysis.
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the investment management business, the organization's products and services, and the RFP and consultant questionnaire response process to successfully implement solutions.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of written communications development experience demonstrated through work or military experience, showcasing your ability to produce outstanding content.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills that enable you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills to efficiently handle documentation and data analysis.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of all projects.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to balance multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, encouraging a collaborative and nurturing workplace.
  • Proficient in making timely and independent judgment decisions in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • 1+ year of investment industry experience to bring practical insights and understanding to the role.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities within strict deadlines, demonstrating outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with asset management and investment products, including mutual funds, to effectively respond to RFP requirements.
  • Familiarity with Allspring products and related systems to seamlessly integrate into our operations and improve your contributions.
