POSITION

At Allspring Global Investments, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Account Services Analyst to join our team. This opportunity allows you to be part of a world-class organization where you can successfully implement innovative solutions and deliver flawless client services.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Minneapolis

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Gather and package information using various internal and external applications to produce ad-hoc and routing client communications
  • Responsible for responding to ad-hoc and routing client and consultant data requests
  • Email routing client and consultant information including but not limited to performance, monthly and quarterly reports, and investment strategy characteristics
  • Completing client and/or consultant specific questionnaires
  • Management of deadline dependencies, coordination of information from various internal providers, and packaging and assembly of reports
  • Work closely with a variety of diverse teams including Investment Technology, Investments, Operations, Client Service, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Participate in peer reviews of information, performance quality control procedures, and spot check data for accuracy
  • Peak reporting periods require additional hours. These periods are typically in January, April, July and October



CANDIDATE

We are in search of a proactive individual with a vibrant attitude, who excels in a fast-paced setting, particularly during peak reporting periods. The preferred candidate will be determined to find effective solutions and excel in delivering outstanding client services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Demonstrated reporting experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Capability to understand client concerns, answer questions, and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using systems such as Vermilion Reporting Suite and ePAM
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Strong time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Investment industry experience a plus
  • Willingness to understand and learn about stable value and fixed income investments
  • Recognize potential problems with data and escalate as needed
