Our company is seeking a driven candidate to be the face on all promotional and instructional video content. This role requires the candidate to have extensive automotive technical knowledge in order to effectively perform installation of company products on camera. This position will lead the coordination between cross functional teams to ensure the proper technical procedure is developed and followed during filming to effectively record installation videos to be used by DIY customers. The On-Camera Automotive Technician & Technical Writer will enthusiastically show installation of company products and narrate the procedure, while also reviewing post produced videos to ensure accurate video editing. This position will also generate print literature installation procedures in tandem with video creation.
In addition to the on-camera technical role, this candidate will be involved in various other marketing team initiatives including (but not limited to) traveling to trade shows, engaging with influencers, and optimizing sales campaigns. The role provides an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding business with outstanding prospects for continued growth and prosperity. This position will directly report to the Marketing Manager and become a key influencer with strategic input and action to video production and overall marketing initiatives.
