Global Product Manager, Electrification

What You Will Do

* Develop insightful perspectives on the electrification ecosystem, translating market trends into actionable product line strategies.
* Execute short-term strategies for market and revenue growth, while formulating a long-term strategic vision for the next 5-10 years.
* Define, execute, and manage the pricing strategy, P&L, and manufacturing footprint for the product portfolio, including competitive pricing analysis.
* Engage with customers to develop specifications and technical requirements, guiding the creation of new products, product variants, and improvements.
* Collaborate with suppliers, ecosystem partners, and manufacturing plants to optimize the value chain, drive cost reduction efforts, capacity planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Oversee marketing and branding initiatives for the entire segment, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
* Develop and implement growth and market penetration strategies for underdeveloped customers and markets.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in product development, product management, or a related field within the automotive or electrification industry
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion
* Expertise in managing product roadmaps, lifecycle, portfolio management activities, and defining pricing strategies, P&L, and manufacturing footprints
* Strong understanding of the electrification ecosystem, including technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape
