Description Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Sauk Rapids, MN. If intrested please reply back at Stoneh@acarasolutions.com Pay: $16.73 - $22.60/hr DOE Duration: Temp to Hire Shift hours: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm (M-F) Job Description: Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity Maintain logs and other necessary documents Work with direct supervision Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned. Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices. Ability to operate a variety of machines. Basic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts. Visual acuity and manual dexterity. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Job Requirements Required Skills: High School diploma or equivalent required 1-2+ years manufacturing or related work experience Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check screen.
