The Design AVP will play an instrumental role in defining, designing and launching this reimagined experience. We're looking for a seasoned creative director who can lead diverse design disciplines and help influence the adoption of their vision across customer touchpoints, all within the context of a complex enterprise. The AVP will be responsible for the design of a transformational end-to-end customer experience that brings the Brand and Business Strategy to life to deliver measurable value to the customer. This includes managing a design team spanning journey; user experience; communication; and service/process design. Working closely with your peers across Consumer Insights, CX Strategy, and CX Operations, you'll prioritize where to invest and ensure that design intent is carried through to successful implementation. You will have a track record of consultative engagement to engage and win support with senior leaders across all aspects of the Cox residential business. USD 228,700.00 - 381,100.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $228,700.00 - $381,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
