You Are:

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing forecasting, planning, and monthly/quarterly financial close.
  • Driving continuous process improvement for financial operations.
  • Collaborating with global supply and purchasing for contractors and other suppliers.
  • Conducting ad-hoc ROI investment analysis.
  • Partnering with group leadership on ROI analysis for new investments.
  • Managing OEM & ODM deals and analyzing contracts for maximum shareholder value.
  • Researching and analyzing competitive technology and trends.
  • Working directly with finance on financial planning and performance goals.
  • Coordinating the semiannual 5-year long-range planning.

What You'll Need:
  • Master of Business Administration in Strategy, Finance, or Management or equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Finance/Ops Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Python, Perl, and Java.
  • Experience in database management with MySQL and MS Access.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in ROI analysis.
