Responsibilities Are you a passionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families? What You'll Do: Direct Patient Care: Dive into the heart of our mission by conducting medical evaluations and assessments, providing medication therapies, and delivering compassionate psychotherapy and counseling. You'll be the superhero our young patients need! Documentation & Planning: Keep our care on track with weekly progress notes and treatment plan updates. Your meticulous documentation will help us ensure every child gets the best care possible! Collaborative Teamwork: Join forces with our fantastic psychiatrists and other professionals in weekly rounds. Together, we'll brainstorm and strategize to create the best treatment plans for our shared cases. Teamwork makes the dream work! Family Liaison: Be the bridge between our patients and their families! Provide support, education, and resources to empower families on their journey. Your communication skills will shine as you connect with outpatient providers too! Admissions & Discharge Planning: Help us welcome new patients with initial evaluations and assessments. You'll also play a key role in crafting collaborative discharge summaries that ensure smooth transitions for our clients. Utilization Reviews: Get involved in utilization reviews to help us optimize our resources and maintain top-notch care standards. Qualifications Compensation for this role ranges from $75.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
