Overview

The Information Systems Analyst III, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping Systems serves as a liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and collaboration skills in engaging stakeholders and end-users.

    The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of configuration and integrations with HR, Payroll, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping systems.
  • Will also have experience with UKG Pro WFM for Advanced Scheduling, and Extensions, as well as MS SQL.

This role:

  • Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a high degree of complexity.
  • Provides leadership, innovation, planning and execution with custom programming, change management and system optimization and facilitates process improvements
  • Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
  • Establishes full ownership of assigned applications and special projects under the supervision of Applications Manager.

Day shift, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, plus some on-call and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. Experience in the user areas to be supported OR
  • High School diploma, or equivalent, and 9 years experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred experience supporting UKG applications and Healthcare/Hospital experience.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $37.71/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based on your education and experience.



Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
