Shifts & Pay Rate:



  • 1st Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday 5 AM - 5 PM | $18/hr.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday 5 PM - 5 AM | $19/hr.
  • 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday 5 AM - 5 PM | $19/hr.
  • 4th Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday 5 PM - 5 AM | $20/hr.


As a Maintenance Technical Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. You will work closely with internal teams to keep equipment running at peak performance, handling routine repairs and addressing service needs in a timely manner to minimize downtime. This includes installing hardware, performing necessary updates and upgrades, and troubleshooting issues. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all equipment-related interactions, ensuring production goals are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. In addition, you will proactively identify opportunities for improving operations, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and foster strong relationships with the production team. Flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed is also important.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and work methodically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, orderly work environment (5S).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Experience identifying hazards and troubleshooting basic components.
  • HIPAA knowledge (preferred but not required).
