Ensure freight costs are kept to a minimum. Process freight invoices in a timely manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include, but are not limited to, the following:

High school education, or one year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some understanding of the overall Royal extrusion, packing, and shipping processes preferred.
1 year manufacturing or related field preferred.
Applicant must be a JDE intermediate to advanced user, Reports Now beginner to intermediate user, and be TMS proficient. MS Word and Excel preferred. Applicants must also be well organized and have exceptional communication skills. Must be able to interpret information from charts and tables. Above average math skills highly favored.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may have to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee is frequently required to walk both inside and outside of the office and warehouse areas. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/ or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and forklifts, precarious places, and in the outside weather conditions.
