St. Joseph Medical Center is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to join the Business Office team!

The Account Resolution Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:

• responsible for the timely follow-up of accounts
• familiar with hospital billing requirements
• communicates clearly and efficiently by phone with insurance companies and vendors
• maintains productivity standards and reports
• medical insurance knowledge
• auto and workers comp knowledge, preferred

Education and Work Experience

• four years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience, required
• high school diploma or equivalent, required
