Here's a fresh, new opportunity at Staffmark! Our partner company, Flextronics International, has an outstanding opportunity for you as an Assembler. This is a temp-to-hire position in Austin, TX.

Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11 PM (During the first 3 weeks, training hours are from 1 PM - 9 PM.)

Pay | $17 per hour + 10% shift differential

Requirements | 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license

Assembler responsibilities:



  • Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies.
  • Position and align parts, secure parts in place, and mount assembled components.
  • Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
  • Tend to machines that press, shape, or wind parts.
  • Perform testing and inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
  • Set up stations, adjust or trim materials from components, and perform repair work.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production line machinery.
