Our Impact

The Client Identification Program - Rolling Review team at Goldman Sachs has primary responsibility to ensure account documentation satisfies regulatory requirements, country specific policies, and internal controls, which has an ever-increasing impact in our Wealth Management business. You will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our business and the risks that it faces. This Anti-Money Laundering function forms an integral part of our business by working to identify solutions that balance the business, client and regulatory needs.

Your Impact

If you are looking to apply your due diligence skills while also learning about the changing regulatory landscape, our Rolling Review team would like to invite you to apply for a position on the team. We are seeking a professional who can work with our Private Wealth Management (PWM) sales teams to review and refresh their Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC) information on file. This position offers the opportunity to mitigate the risks at the firm while collaborating with colleagues across the Business, Operations, and Compliance divisions.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)



  • Demonstrate the ability to constantly apply sound business judgment in order to identify unusual or suspicious documentation or activity.
  • Develop a profound understanding of Client Identification Program (CIP) policies involving country specific requirements and translate this knowledge to day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Satisfy the responsibility for completing detailed reviews of documentation for new and existing clients, including legal agreements and organizational documents.
  • Engage in opportunities to review processes, analyze information, make decisions and recommendations and implement and monitor procedures.
  • Become commercially aware and understand the nature of the business you are involved in while at the same time ensuring all Goldman Sachs CIP standards are constantly being met.
  • Display a strong ability to influence the Wealth Management (WM) Business by serving as a liaison between Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure, manage high volumes, and collaborate with a global team while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
