Background The America's Regional Business Partnership (RBP), one of three RBPs within the company, currently manages donor-funded development projects funded by USAID, CDC, and others. These projects are implemented in approximately 90 countries around the world. To support this diverse and growing workforce, Palladium is seeking to further develop a partnership-wide training program and tools that will allow staff to apply improved competencies and skills for managing complex donor-funded programs worldwide. The new training curriculums ideally include a blend of classroom-based trainings, e-learning, job aids, procedure manuals, etc that deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. In addition, Palladium is seeking to broaden the audience for these training activities to include key staff in project offices around the globe, so scalability of training materials will be preferable.
