Human Resources Coordinator - USN If you are looking for a unique opportunity to learn, grow and help us to continue to build strong relationships by supporting key human resources processes then join our team! The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) will support the HR department at our manufacturing facility, providing key assistance with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding processes. This role will ensure HR functions are performed smoothly and effectively to support both the production team and management. The HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and promoting a safe, compliant, and high-morale work environment. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. This position will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations and should be familiar using HR software and tools. The successful candidate must be an analytical, collaborative, and results oriented leader who can effectively build relationships and processes. This is a progressively responsible role.
