Pay: $26.50/hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus Shift(s) Available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM (on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Both shifts are available. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant equipment, as well as install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and new equipment. You'll rebuild mechanical gearboxes, pumps, and apply basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge to resolve issues. Other tasks include performing equipment calibration, analyzing breakdowns to find root causes, and training production employees on basic maintenance tasks. You'll coordinate with vendors, report activities in SAP, participate in team meetings, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient work areas. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics is preferred. Experience with CMMS software (preferably SAP) is a plus. Knowledge of 5 Whys or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) preferred. Experience with IR technology, lubrication (Level I), oil analysis principles, and laser alignment is required. At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, with 3+ years preferred in a large industrial setting. High school diploma or GED required.
