Position Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.

• Assist contractors, vendors and employees on the phone, over email and in person.

• Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, Certifications of Insurance and safety compliance.

• Handle cleaning and handyman projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
