Overview The American Institutes for Research (AIR) is seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Capital Partner Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in supporting internal client groups by fostering a positive, high-performance work environment. The Human Capital Partner Associate will be essential to implementing strategic human capital initiatives and providing both tactical and consultative HR support to employees and managers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States (U.S.), hybrid, or full-time from one of AIR's U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories. Responsibilities Collaborating with Human Capital Partners (HCPs) and other HR specialists, the Human Capital Partner Associate will engage in various areas, including employee relations, talent acquisition, staff development, and data-driven insights that shape our human capital strategies. Responsibilities include:
Assist HCPs with employee relations matters, including hiring, staff development, terminations, employee complaints, and legal actions, while mitigating organizational risk.

AIR's Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets.
