Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the clients SOPs, KPIs & loading guidelines are adhered to end to end
* Audit carts to ensure quantity matches reporting & ensure loading to correct FC/DC
* Ensure that the trailer utilization is maximized & trailer weight is balanced/under limit
* Ensure that new docked trailers are clean and free of damage.
* Confirm loads are safely sealed & secured as per client SOP including photo documentation
* Takes pictures of inbound/outbound loads and upload into system.
* Assist with training new employees on Client SOPs
* Track OSD & client non-compliance & reporting, including documentation
* Support on Dock documentation & current/changing loading instructions
* Support with audits of documentation to ensure adherence to documentation processes & correct DC/FC loading
* Support with systematic requirements as needed or specified
* Performs task as assigned by an AOM, as specified by management
* Support with continual improvement

Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED; College degree preferred
* 1+ years' experience supervising/managing a team of 10+ employees, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment

Amazon Warehouse Operations knowledge (Nice to have / Not Required)
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
* Must be able to have the flexibility to work all shifts, including nights weekends and holidays

* At times may be required significantly extended shift hours based on business need.

* Strong candidates are assertive, adaptable and resilient
* Must be a self-starter; resourceful; solution-oriented, & detail oriented
* Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to have)
* 1+ year 3PL (Third party logistics) experience
* 1+ year warehouse or distribution experience * Warehouse management systems (WMS)
* Experience running a shift by themselves without direct management support

Pay Range: $43,000 - $45,000 per annum

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
