Our Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 80 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, logistics, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 40 programs and projects in the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division's Integrated Combat System department, Office of Naval Research, and the Navy's Team SUBS office. #MC



Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) analyst with at least 3 years of experience to provide support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Integrated Combat Systems Department (V).

MBSE analysts will apply MBSE principles and tools to create models that communicate complex system concepts and support the system design and engineering process.

You must have the ability to work from NSWC Dahlgren 3-4 days per week on average.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or similar field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated expertise with Cameo Systems Modeler and/or similar modeling tools
  • Familiarity with Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM), United Architecture Framework (UAF), and other MBSE languages, frameworks, and ontologies
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, and the ability to maintain this throughout employment

Desired

  • SysML certification
  • Experience with Program Office or Warfare Center support
  • Experience with Navy's radar, electronic warfare, and/or combat systems
