  • Support Multiple Contracts: Contribute to other small prime contracts within the MFT, collaborating with Program and Financial Managers across programs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Program Managers, Accounting, Contracts, and Senior Technical teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
  • Conduct Project Accounting: Manage project accounting tasks within Unanet, ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
  • Approve Invoices: Review and approve invoices prior to submission, maintaining close customer collaboration.

Who We're Looking For:

Extensive experience managing program budgets and forecasts, timesheet management, invoice processing, and analysis ensuring revenue and project cost accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
