The Multimedia specialist will help formulate the process and workflow as well as oversee the ad order entry and fulfillment of top-tier revenue accounts. The multimedia specialist will bring a high attention to detail, reduce error rates and make recommendations that will allow the organization to focus on business development.
The specialist will fill a gap in our current state process to help ensure we are accurately managing our assets and fulfilling on campaigns as requested. They will develop a process to report on the status of top tier accounts and also create an escalation plan to help minimize existing risks and lessen the impact of late or urgent ads and digital campaigns. They will also ensure the support organization delivers optimal results by using the correct targeting, tags and other digital optimization tools accurately. What You'll Do:

The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
