TSC is seeking a Director of Quality to join our growing employee-owned company. This role will lead the quality organization across all TSC divisions, establishing and implementing a corporate quality program that defines operational standards for each site. The program will set minimum requirements, enabling each site to customize their quality processes to align with corporate strategy while addressing their unique operational needs. The Director of Quality will work to ensure all sites maintain certified quality systems tailored to their specific requirements, with an emphasis on achieving and sustaining AS9100 compliance wherever applicable. The anticipated salary range for this position is $131,000 - 172,000 with the opportunity for an annual bonus.
