About this Position: Responsible for total Quality Maturation of the complete powertrain unit and prevent outflow of any problems to our customers. Key Accountabilities * Quality Project establishment, identify new technologies for specific focus, create overall Quality Vision & Strategy. Forecast expected achievement based on planned quality activities Required Experience: * 6-8 years of relevant engineering experience, New Model development experience. Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related experience. Other job specific skills: * A past or current New Model project leader at Honda, with specific manufacturing experience. Additional Position Factors: * Travel domestic and Japan. Typical overtime, 5~10 hours/week, flexibility in work hours, before and after core shift time.
