Primarily provide academic advising services and support to undergraduate students pursuing Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees offered by the Department of Economics (ECO) in the College of Liberal Arts. Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree and fours years experience working with college students in an academic counseling capacity. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred QualificationsAdditional experience beyond the required or extensive experience in advising, group work, assessment, and administration of college students' academic programs. Ability to relate well with college students, staff, and faculty. Experience at UT Austin or another large university. Experience with First Year Interest Group (FIG)/Transfer Interest Group (TRIG) programs. Personal computer experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Salary Range$47,000 Working Conditions
