Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler for a Victor NY client who customizes wire harness, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role builds small piece assemblies, work with terminal applicators and prep wire and cables. Pay rate is $17/hr., 1 ^st Shift, and Contract to Direct Hire w/company benefits. Work Shift: 6am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs (some flex on start time) Overtime Available: Yes Job Type: Temp to Direct Hire w/company benefits Benefits upon going Direct Hire: Free dental, disability, and life insurance, 85% company covered Health Ins, annual bonus, semi-annual pay increase, Profit Sharing, PTO, Sick time, Holidays, and much more Job Duties "At-a-Glance: * Building wire harnesses * Work with terminal applicators * Wiring and cable prep work * Read blueprints * Work with engineering documents and test equipment * Must be able to stand and / or sit for long periods Job Requirements Required Work Skills and Qualifications: HS diploma or GED 1 year of recent assembly or related work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Work Skills and Qualifications: Soldering work Blueprint reading Small hand and power tools experience Excellent attendance and punctual history Additional Details: All hires are subject to ITAR hiring requirements which have stricter guidelines than the standard I-9 authorization to work in the US.
