Job Purpose
Job Grade: EX2 AHM Tangible Fixed Asset lead and back-up for intangible fixed assets supporting multiple BUs within AHM (including but not limited to primarily Parts Service & Technical, General Admin, Auto Sales, and secondary support Key Accountabilities
* HM Tangible Fixed Asset Lead/Intangible Back-up: closely support multiple AHM BUs (including but not limited to: ISD, Digital Services, Parts Service & Technical, General Admin, and Auto Sales) for management of projects, support of capitalization processes, WBS creations, and asset managementactivity, including inventories and monthly reconciliation of results. * Collaborate with businesses to gain and expand understanding of various fixed asset activities, connecting reporting requirements by meeting with appropriate reporting teams. Support Assistant Manager ingathering and continuing to collaborate with other business unit(s) in preparation for quarterly reporting. * Pepare AHM close journal entries, account analyses, and related deliverables for the General Accounting unit with a primary focus on AHM fixed assets and related accruals. * Support AHM quarterly/annual financial audit (including SOX compliance) * Support business plan themes, Identify and implement process improvements, and complete various ad-ho projects * Manage and update Fixed Asset user guide & policies, communicate across the business for updates. * Co-op/HRAD Training & Mentoring Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field Working Conditions
