Our nurses work with all cancers; specializing in leukemia and lymphoma treatment, radiation, gynecologic cancers, hematologic disorders, end of life patients. BSN required; Master's degree preferred, if the graduate degree is not in nursing, then the BSN is required. VA or multistate RN license in good standing. Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred. Job Description: Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Behavioral Health - de-escalation and physical intervention training within 15 days of hire. Emergency Care - de-escalation and physical intervention training within 90 days of hire.
