Position Summary |
The University Program Manager is responsible for working with the Dean, Associate Dean, and Department Chairs at the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering (
JSNN) to manage the operating budgets, which includes state funds, grants, and other funding sources. This involves working with both parent institutions,
UNCG and NC A&T SU, to ensure timely and proper use of the funds. This position is also involved in supporting all faculty with grants administration (pre-award and post-award processes). In addition, the person in this role provides oversight with the recruiting and onboarding of students, faculty, and staff, and directs graduate student enrollment processes with specific duties in registration, and student financial support. |
Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
