Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Requirements: 8-10 years of hands on experience working with JAVA/J2EE technologies Spring (DI, Transaction management, AOP) Hibernate, Axis2, Spring (REST with JSON) Strong exposure to front-end technologies Angular 5 CSS JavaScript Authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML, Experience with SOA, ESB, JMS messaging concepts, XPath expressions & functions Full life cycle development infrastructure using GIT Maven, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins Jira Database experience including object design, object management and SQL Complete lifecycle experience (Oracle Preferred) Expert with design pattern & anti-patterns for enterprise application Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems Good understanding of Source control toolsets Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Proven track record to meet aggressive timelines Experience using web services/APIs to access and integrate with external systems Excellent Communication skills Desired skills: Experience with Agile, JIRA and working in Agile teams Financial industry experience, preferable in Trade Finance Excellent Analytical Abilities Pay Range: $58.26 - $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
